In a medium mixing bowl, combine the quartered pepperoni pieces, cream cheese, 1 ⅓ cups of the mozzarella, ¼ cup of the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. With a wooden spoon, mix together until well combined.
Put cheese mixture into the prepared pie plate and smooth evenly with an offset spatula.
Spread the pizza sauce over the cheese layer.
Sprinkle the remaining ⅔ shredded mozzarella on top of the pizza sauce.
Place the 30 whole HORMEL® Cup N' Crisp Pepperoni Bold slices around the top and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let sit for a couple minutes to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You'll need a total of 40 slices of the HORMEL® Cup N' Crisp Pepperoni Bold for your pizza dip. 10 of the slices will be quartered and mixed in with the cheeses, and you'll use at least 30 for the top. Feel free to use more for the top as the edges will curl up forming little cups as they bake. OR you can just eat the remaining slices as I did when I was making this recipe!
