These deliciously cheesy Baked Stuffed Shells are filled to the brim with three types of cheese, then topped with a meat sauce and more mozzarella. You’ll want to add these stuffed pasta shells to your regular meal rotation!

Ingredients

- 20 jumbo pasta shells - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 small onion - 3 garlic cloves - ½ lb ground beef - 24 oz pasta sauce - 15 oz ricotta cheese - 2 cups shredded      mozzarella - ½ cup Parmesan cheese - 1 egg - 2 tbsp dried parsley

Prepare the Pasta  Sauce

Add ground onion to a large skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Add pasta sauce and mix well to combine. Simmer on low until ready to use.

Prepare Cheese Mixture & Shells

Boil shells according to package directions. Prepare cheese mixture by combining egg, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Mix well to combine. Spoon cheese mixture into cooked shells.

Prepare Shells in Meat Sauce

Place ⅓ of the meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Place each shell onto meat sauce. Pour the remaining meat sauce over shells.

Bake Shells

Cover with tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove tinfoil and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
