Peppermint Bark Fudge is a fun twist on classic peppermint bark. This fudge has a layer each of chocolate, and white chocolate, and is sprinkled with crushed candy canes for the perfect holiday treat!

Ingredients
2cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips
14ouncesweetened, condensed milkdivided
2cupswhite chocolate chips
½teaspoonpeppermint extract
½cupcrushed candy canes
pinch of salt
Instructions
Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semisweet chocolate chips, ½ can (7 oz) sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set slightly.
In another microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips with the other ½ can of sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second bursts until melted and smooth. Stir in peppermint extract.
Pour the white chocolate mixture over the chilled chocolate layer. Smooth the top with a spatula. Immediately sprinkle crushed candy canes evenly over the surface, pressing them lightly so they stick.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the mixture is firm. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper, then cut it into squares.
