Instant Pot Shredded Chicken is a quick way to prepare chicken in under 30 minutes for different recipes. This easy method takes the hassle out of cooking chicken while keeping it flavorful and moist.

Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot. Pour in chicken broth and sprinkle with seasonings.
Close the lid and set the valve to Sealing. Select Manual (Pressure Cook) on HIGH: 10 minutes for fresh chicken or 20 minutes for frozen chicken .
Allow a 5-minute natural release, then carefully quick release the remaining pressure.
Remove the chicken and shred using two forks or a hand mixer. If desired, mix the shredded chicken back into the broth for extra moisture.

This recipe makes 6-8 servings depending how much you use in each recipe, but nutritional value has been calculated for 6 servings.
