Ingredients
8ounceselbow macaroni
½large green pepper,cored, seeded and diced
2stalks celery,diced
⅓cupdiced red onion
2large hard boiled eggs,chopped
1cupChick-fil-A® Sauce
2tablespoonsfreshly chopped parsley
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1tablespoonbottled yellow mustard
¾teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Prepare the elbow macaroni according to manufacturer's directions. Drain and set aside to cool.
Put the 8 ounces cooled macaroni, half green pepper, 2 stalks diced celery, red onion, 2 chopped hard boiled eggs, 1 cup Chick-fil-A® sauce, 2 tablespoons parsley, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper into a large mixing bowl. Stir well until thoroughly combined.
Cover the bowl tightly with tin foil or plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
