  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup raw almonds or other nut
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper. 

  2. In a large bowl, stir together oats, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and salt. 

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, honey, and vanilla extract until combined. 

  4. Add the two mixtures and blend thoroughly. 

  5. Transfer oat mixture to the prepared baking dish. 

  6. Bake for 30 minutes and stir occasionally till golden brown. 

  7. Let cool and add the chopped nuts and fruit to the granola.
