Roasted Parmesan Broccoli

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder and salt.
  3. Cut broccoli into florets of approximately even size and add to seasoned olive oil. Toss gently to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
  5. Pour onto a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
