I made this for a pool side appetizer last summer. I used a taco meat replacement (Rollin Greens) and it was so good!! Made it ahead of time and popped it in the oven. Perfect late afternoon snack!

This is a family favorite, easy to make.
I like to add 2/2 a can of rinsed black beans on top of the taco meat. Yumm

My husband and I love this recipe mad exactly as noted. Lettuce, tomato, sour cream, topped with taco sauce is amazing!
