In reply to <a href="https://www.365daysofbakingandmore.com/strawberry-cheesecake-dream-bars/#comment-64966">Christina</a>.

Christina, I've made this recipe numerous times and originally I used the Strawberry Creme pudding. After that, I wasn't sure if it had been discontinued, so wanted to give people options in case they weren't been able to find it. So, in later versions, I used the Sonic Strawberry Shake pudding, White Chocolate Pudding, as well as Vanilla Pudding (all instant puddings, by the way). It's delicious and was liked by whoever I made it for using any of those choices, so you would be perfectly fine selecting any of those listed. I apologize if it was confusing, and thank you for asking!

When looking through this recipe, I see in the ingredients it calls for 1 (3.4 oz) Package of White Chocolate Pudding, but then it says *See Note. In the notes section, you say: I am no longer able to find the Strawberry Creme pudding I used in the original recipe, but Sonic makes a Strawberry Shake pudding you could use (I haven’t tried it yet). Instant vanilla pudding will work as well.
I'm confused. Do you use the white chocolate pudding mixture at all, or is that a misprint? I don't see any strawberry pudding listed at all in the ingredients.

Paula, I haven't had a problem with the crust becoming too soggy after leaving them in the fridge overnight, so you should be ok! Enjoy!

Great recipe. I needed to make enough for 24 people and put in individual cups so I made this into a time consuming recipe. Next time, they can cut their own servings! I used Sugar free Vanilla White Chocolate Instant pudding. I also used Truvia Confecttionary Sugar and Sugar free Cool Whip for the Diabetics among us.
Delicious Recipe.
