In reply to Lynne. Update: I chilled the dough in log shape, then broke off dough and rolled it in a ball. Flattend dough with bottom of glass dipped in sugar to prevent sticking. Sprayed hands wit olive oil when rolling to prevent sticking to hands. Turned out very good.

Wondering if you could roll dough into logs and then just slice the dough after chilling? I just dont have the space to roll out the dough.
