Linda, the dough does get cook all the way. If you&#039;re concerned about it being undercooked, I&#039;d recommend loosely covering the whole thing with a piece of aluminum foil after it&#039;s been in the oven for about 20 minutes, and cook it for another 5-10 minutes. That way you&#039;ll make sure that it&#039;s completely baked, and the top won&#039;t burn. Enjoy it!]]></description>
