Alejandra, I love the idea of using cucumber instead of lettuce in sandwiches - great idea! I'll have to do that.
I'm excited that you were willing to try it because not many people are, and then you loved it! YAY!! That makes me so happy!
Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know and for the review, too.

Me and my best friend discovered peanut butter & cucumber sandwiches in our teens. We were hardcore stoners and we would get high and then much on these bad boys. Ate them at least 3-4 times a week for a couple of years.

Good memories, I think I'm going to make one for old times sake!

Yes! Yes! I have been eating peanut butter and cucumber sandwiches for breakfast for a while now! I add just a little bit of salt after spreading the peanut butter and it enhances the taste of the peanut butter 😄

Been eating peanut butter and cucumber sandwiches for nearly 60 years now. We were raised on ‘em and loved them. My mother ate them when she was little too so they go back a spell. . A lot of coal miners in Pittsburg had them in their lunch buckets.

Over the years I started eating mine with tater chips layered into them. Something about the crunch it gave made me stay with it. What’s funny is I just had one about 15 minutes ago before I ran into this.

We also used to also eat cucumber sandwiches with lots of mayo as kids. Back when bacon was cured and smoked at home, we would slice it down and eat it on sliced bread cold. People would think it’s raw today but it was already fully cooked during the smoking just not rendered down in a pan. Delicious sandwich, ate tons of them growing up and I’m still healthy as a horse.

Glad to see others like the peanut butter cukers.
