Everett, for both actually. The buttermilk does add a richer flavor, but the consistency is also thicker which definitely helps with the coating.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I was suspicious so I checked and the Pioneer Woman didn&#039;t spice her flour with Old Bay seasoning, only folks from the NorthEast do that kind of crap.  Pioneer Woman uses cayenne pepper instead ... now that is my kind of eating!  Thanks for bringing this recipe to light but I think I&#039;ll stick to following the source ... more my cup of tea]]></description>
