					<description><![CDATA[That&#039;s amazing! I was thinking about a pepperoni/sausage style frittata yesterday for dinner  tonight and found your recipe today LOL!!  I&#039;ll be using breakfast sausage links (removed from casing)  because we aren&#039;t found of fennel, leftover pepperoni from pizza the other night, and salt, pepper and red pepper flakes will be added along with the Italian seasoning.  I like to use canned evaporated milk or half n half in my eggs. My husband is going to be so surprised!!  My spinach just got started so will have to leave that out this time :)]]></description>
