Lavern,
thank you so very much for thee kind words! Unfortunately, both of those recipes weren't on my blog, but I was able to remember sharing the Ham Fried Rice from Favorite Family Recipes.
Here's the link: http://www.favfamilyrecipes.com/restaurant-ham-fried-rice.html
I would do a Google search for those refried beans and see what you come up with. Good luck!

I found your post by accident, I am still new to this facebook experience. I came across 2 receipes and somehow I hit the wrong key and lost them before I could save or print them. Please try to help me as I have never been happy with some foods and I fell in love with you and your comments on these issues. The first was fried rice with ham. I love fried rice with shrimp and not all the added veggies. The other was your makeover of refried beans. You mentioned that you used Taco Bell canned refried beans and added sour cream and cheese. I love to use refried beans on nachos and tacos and they are hard to spread. Yours looked so creamy and good. Any help on these would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
