I’ll have to try this.. and we are still in MA!! But, to let you know, the last few times we were at Newport, I noticed our favorite addiction did have more peel and less lemon. I want to thank you for the info on the powder – I didn’t know about it & I’ll need to get it!!

I will definitely try this! My husband was born in Pawtucket, and we love getting Del’s when we visit during the season! My sister-in-law even had a Del’s truck at her wedding (at Colt State Park)!

I think that maybe cutting up the lemon after juicing it and adding it to the mixture would get you to 4.5 rolling pins.

I’m also an AZ transplant from RI. I’ve lived in AZ since 1978, and I still miss Del’s! Now I know what I’m going to do with that bag of lemons.

HI i have a question, what do you mean by this part of the instructions?

“Place mixture in an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer.”
am i going to make ice cream?? or are you saying to put it in an ice cream container?? and freeze it?
hope you can help
