Well, Kelly, you don&#039;t need to read it all, if you&#039;re specifically referring to all the information I&#039;ve included in my post. The great thing about most food blogs these days is that they include a &#039;Jump to Recipe&#039; button just as I have at the top of all my posts (it&#039;s green and when you click it, it will go all the way to the recipe card). The reason this post is as long as it is is because I was paid by Princess Cruises to talk about the Caribbean cruise I went on and all that we experienced. 
Other posts that are not sponsored by a brand can be lengthy because we include tips, information, etc. Also, the longer the post is, the more ads appear which is how we generate income for our small business. The income from the ads allows us to pay our employees who write for us, schedule our social media, send out our emails, help with photography, recipe creation, etc. It also enables us to pay for all of the ingredients we need to continually provide free recipes to our followers.]]></description>
