These are CRAZY addictive! I substituted vanilla & cinnamon yogurt when I discovered my sour cream was bad. I can’t say how much of a difference it made, but this recipe is amazing!

Delicious! Followed recipe, filled cups 3/4 full so made 18 muffins. Husband loved them!!

In reply to RosieB. Rosie, I am so very sorry to hear that happened, and I appreciate you letting me know. There's nothing worse than batter spilling over while baking and having to clean it up. Based on your feedback, I have made notes in the recipe to coat the strawberries in some flour before baking to suspend them in the batter and to fill the muffin cups to ⅔ full instead of to the top.

I was so excited to read this recipe and with extra fresh strawberries, I just had to try it. I followed this recipe to the T, weighed the flour, timed the mixing, used room temp ingredients and filled the muffin cups. My gut told me not to fill the muffin cups and boy I wish I would have listened to my gut. All the strawberries went to the bottom. It all ran over in the oven. I had nothing but a mess! What a waste of my fresh strawberries! This is not my first time baking but it is the first review I have ever done. I just don’t want others the end up with the same mess!
