					<description><![CDATA[Hello, Good day...thank you for this awesome newsletter about Edamame..Luckily Today we are for the first time cooking Fresh soft sweet very Green Edamame..We are from Damascus and still we cook Edamame as per Traditional way alongside with new modern Recips...Let make the following Remarks: 1- we cook edamame with the SKIN only for the first 15-20 days od the new season.2- we make edamame appetizer cold Dish as well as Main dish with meat and broth and served with other dish of Rice..3- we freeze edamame without the skin and will be sufficient till next season and remain fresh and Very Green..4- we use Fresh Green Coriander leaves with the Garic.4- we we use it appetizer we add Homemade apple Vinegar..or Home made Yogurt 5- we use dried edamame without skin to make various kinds of appetizers and side dish..6- I am obsessed with Edamame because it is very tasty,and Healthy..7- I hope to receive your reply to my comments by E-mail,,,Have very healthy and Happy Spring Days.Zouhair]]></description>
