Sherrie, I wouldn&#039;t know how to do that since I have one or two diabetic/sugar free recipes on my site, and highly doubt that Cadbury has created sugar free creme eggs. 
If you&#039;re looking specifically for a diabetic fudge, then I suggest Googling it as I&#039;m sure there are plenty out there. Good luck!]]></description>
