Sherrie, I wouldn’t know how to do that since I have one or two diabetic/sugar free recipes on my site, and highly doubt that Cadbury has created sugar free creme eggs.
If you’re looking specifically for a diabetic fudge, then I suggest Googling it as I’m sure there are plenty out there. Good luck!
