I'm just gonna leave this here for future reference:

Lemon Coolers Knock-off Recipe

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tblsp. water
1 cup powdered sugar
1 pkg. unsweetened Kool-Aid lemonade mix

Preheat oven to 325° F. Cream together sugars, shortening, egg, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl. Add the 1/2 tsp. Kool-aid mix, flour and baking powder. Add 1 Tblsp. of water and continue mixing until dough forms a ball. Roll dough into 3/4-inch balls and flatten slightly onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes (you don’t want them to brown).
As cookies bake, combine 1 cup powdered sugar with the 3/4 tsp. lemonade drink mix in a large plastic bag and shake thoroughly to mix. When the cookies are removed from the oven and while they are hot, add 4 or 5 at a time to the bag and shake it until the cookies are well coated. Repeat with the remaining cookies.

I also added a couple of drops of lemon oil for extra kick.

Hi - I just posted a message (question) about how to print the recipe without the ad appearing in the middle. I did find a workaround - to change the URL page format to iBook (?) - which prints the recipe without the ad. However, that method doesn't allow for the recipe to print in one nice condensed format - it's on multiple pages. Any other suggestions? Thanks again!
