You can definitely refrigerate the dough for 24 hours. I wouldn’t go any longer than 48 hours though as the dough may start to dry out and could absorb some of the odors from the refrigerator.

Love these so much, they’re perfect! I always get compliments when I make these! I’ve made the recipe with and without the European butter before and they are delicious both ways but the European butter does bring a richer flavor. I was also wondering if because of a timing issue they could be left in the refrigerator longer than overnight, maybe 24 hours? Thanks so much for the recipe!
