In reply to Rachel @ The Avid Appetite. I had the same problem.i had convection oven was going to cost 400.00 for part main panel bought new one for 599.00 now I am happy. I love to bake especially when I'm stressed it relaxes me.

In reply to Diana. Diana, you could just totally omit it. I make the same recipe without the pb and it doesn't make a difference in the consistency.

Sorry to hear about your oven! I’m having some oven issues right now as well and it’s the worst. Your cookies still look divine though! There is really nothing better than chocolate and pb!
