These are the best . On occasion I have substituted craisins for the raisins and they are delicious.

This was a cookie we grew up on, and I am now 63 yrs. old ! They are the best oatmeal cookies hands down ! When I first got married I made them for my new husband, who quickly told me he didn’t like oatmeal cookies, but he tried them anyway and has been eating them ever since, we will be married 40 yrs. this July. Just try the recipe, they will quickly become a family favorite!
