I'm sorry, Donna. For this recipe, I use about 1 1/2 lbs. of chicken breast. Thanks for asking! I'll note that in the recipe as sizes can differ a lot.

Hi, kind of new to Pinterest so forgive that this is an older post I am referring to but you don't say what size chicken breasts. I normally but larger ones (usually double digit ounces, 10 to 16) but I know there are smaller ones out there (3-6 ounce). Is there a preferred weight? Or say, 2 lbs total, that kind if thing? Thanks, this sounds delish

In reply to <a href="https://www.365daysofbakingandmore.com/crockpot-taco-chicken/#comment-1999">Lynne Feifer</a>.

if you use "mild" Rotel tomatoes you'll still get the same great flavor but not the heat. The "original" is pretty spicey and the "hot" is really nuclear. When I have a recipe that calls for three cans of Rotel I will usually use two mild and one original and that makes the heat level just perfect. Hope that is helpful. :)

When I clicked on your "Homemade Taco Seasoning" link, the browser opened to an Adobe Flash page, and said I need to update or install. I clicked on the update link, and a download proceeded. I then clicked on the download to start installing what I thought was Adobe Flash update, and the name of the installation is "TUGUU SL". Happily I did not install this file. TUGUU SL is a malicious software video player, considered to be a virus.

I just thought you should know that your link has been compromised.

Your recipe page did load after I closed the fake Adobe Flash page.

Thanks for all the great recipes!
