In reply to Ericka. Ericka, thanks so much for making my Chocolate Mint Dream Bars! They never last long at our house, but they'll keep 3-4 days in the refrigerator covered tightly with tin foil or in an air tight container. Enjoy them again!

In reply to Ruth Kasten. Ruth, yes, you can freeze them. To thaw, just leave them in the fridge overnight before serving. I haven't tried serving them frozen, but that might be a possibility, too.

Just made this for my husband and I have to say, I completely forgot to incorporate the Cool Whip into the cheesecake layer but it all still turned out deliciously! Going to try the other dream bar recipes

Will be making this for my son’s birthday soon! Should each oreo cookie’s creme filling be removed before crushing them to crumbs? Or does the creme filling remain, incorporated into the crust layer?
