I put the sugar and seasoning in a baggie. I increased the amounts of each a little bit. Then I shook the bacon a few pieces at a time and put the bacon on the foil lined tray. I’m going to try the cold oven next time. I didn’t read all the instructions ahead. What is the benefit of the cold oven?
It was delicious. Spicy hot sweet. It had it all.
