Lynne, thank you for sharing this. I have grown a big interest and hobby in baking with the situation going on around and started to stay at home mostly. I tried doing this recipe and followed the instruction, it turned perfect. The entire family loves the bread with blueberries.

Ana, yes you can use frozen. Just make sure you thaw them first so that you don’t have any excess water in the batter as it bakes.

I know banana breads have been frozen many times and while I have never done it personally, I don’t see why you couldn’t. We always eat them too quickly for me to ever get a loaf into the freezer. 😉
