Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Place tomato slices on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle each with olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, seasoned bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix thoroughly, and divide evenly among tomato slices.
Place into oven and bake for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
