Ingredients

can Garbanzo beans/chickpeas, drained and rinsed

roasted garlic

diced roasted red pepper

olive oil

tahini

juice of half a lemon

freshly ground black pepper

water, if necessary
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Mix until completely smooth and well blended.
Store in a tightly covered container in the
refrigerator.
