Ingredients
12 ouncessemi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ¼cupscreamy peanut butter
½cupunsalted butter
10ouncesminiature marshmallows
1cupchopped salted peanuts
Instructions
Butter a 9 X 13-inch baking dish.
In a large sauce pan, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Cook on low heat until melted and well combined.
Remove from heat and miix in marshmallows and peanuts.
Pour into the prepared 9 X 13-inch pan and evenly spread.
Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
Store any unused portion in the refrigerator.
Notes
If you choose to use peanut butter chips (as I used in my original recipe), you'll need a 10-ounce package. You can place these ingredients into a large microwave-safe bowl and heat at 30 second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth and melted. If you'd like thicker bars, use an 8 or 9-inch square pan.
