This Blueberry Banana Bread is a family favorite. Filled with fresh blueberries, it's an easy and delicious quick bread, and a perfect snack! Once you bite into it, you'll wonder why you hadn't added blueberries to your banana bread sooner! It's almost as delicious as my Brown Butter Rum Banana Bread!
In a small bowl, toss 3/4 of the blueberries with the 1 teaspoon flour. This helps to prevent them from sinking in the batter.
In a medium bowl, mix together the bananas, eggs, melted butter and milk.
Place remaining blueberries on top of batter.
Bread is best and easiest to cut when completely cooled, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap, stored in tin foil overnight.
