Ingredients
12ouncemarinated artichoke heartsdrained and chopped
10ouncesfrozen spinachthawed and as much liquid squeezed out as possible.
8ounces cream cheesesoftened and cut into small blocks
1 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1cup shredded mozzarella
½cupmayonnaise
½cupGreek yogurtcan use sour cream
½cupminced onion
4garlic clovesminced
1 ½teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonlemon juice
¼teaspooncrushed red pepper flakesmore or less, if desired
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the chopped artichokes, squeezed spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes together in a large bowl
Pour contents into a 2-quart crockpot and cook on high for 1 ½ hours, stirring occasionally.
Turn heat down to low, and serve with bread cubes, crackers, pita and tortilla chips, and sliced veggies.
