Ingredients
8ouncescream cheese room temperature
½cup apricot preserves
2 teaspoonscurry powder
¼teaspoondry mustard
⅓cup diced onion
⅓cupchopped pecan pieces
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, blend all ingredients until well combined.
Put into a serving dish and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours, but best if chilled overnight.
Serve at room temperature with chips and crackers.
