I used strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare an 8 X 8-inch baking dish by spraying it with some cooking spray.
Combine oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl, and stir to combine.
In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Add to the oat mixture and mix well. Gently fold in the berries.
Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-35 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
