Ingredients
12ouncemarinated artichoke heartsdrained and chopped
½cupmayonnaise
½cupsour cream
1 ¼cupsgrated Parmesan cheesedivided
½teaspoonlemon juice
1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1garlic cloveminced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F, and spray a pie plate with cooking spray.
Mix the chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic clove together in a medium bowl and evenly spread into the pie plate. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan over the top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden. Serve with bread cubes, crackers, pita and tortilla chips, and sliced veggies.
