1 ⅓cupswrapped caramels, cut in quarters, about 15
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet or two with parchment paper so that the cookies don’t stick. When the caramels melt, they will stick to the pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugars. Add vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly before incorporating the second.
Gradually add flour mixture., scraping the sides of the bowl if necessary. Mix in chocolate chips, toffee bits, and caramels.
Place rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden.
Allow cooling on cookie sheets about 5-7 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
