Ingredients

all purpose flour

baking soda

teaspoon
salt
▢

cup
butter, softened
two sticks
▢

cup
granulated sugar
▢
¾
cup
packed brown sugar
▢

teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢

large eggs
▢
2
cups(14 oz package
Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
▢

Chopped Nuts(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large bowl until creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually beat in flour mixture and stir in morsels and nuts.
Spoon half of the batter into an 8-inch skillet, pressing until the dough has reached the edges of the pan.
Save excess batter, or make a second batch following same instructions.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
