No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Made with O Organics ingredients such as peanut butter, Honey Nut O's, pure maple syrup, honey and cinnamon combined with coconut, flax meal, and dried blueberries, these bars are going to make you feel good about what you're packing in your child's lunch box.

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened flake coconut
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup O Organics Honey Nut O's
  • 1/2 cup O Organics Old Fashioned Creamy Organic Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup flax meal
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/3 cup dried blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons O Organics Organic 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon O Organics Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix with a rubber spatula until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate for a half hour. This will make the dough easier to roll into balls.
  4. Using a rounded tablespoonful of dough, roll into a ball.
  5. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
