Yay, Patricia! I’m so happy everyone loved it because it’s one of my most favorite ways to eat Thanksgiving leftovers, too! Delicious! Doubled the recipe. I used Funeral Potatoes instead of mashed potatoes because that’s what I made for Thanksgiving. My family loved this. I will be making this again.
