Made this last night…. Didn’t realize I was supposed to roast the garlic until it was too late so I just minced a couple cloves and put in with the butter for the sauce.. Due to personal preference I did not use the basil, I used a little Italian and parsley in place of it and even with those changes it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had hands down. Make sure you don’t use an 8×8 pan it’s too small. The recipe was nice and creamy and had a lot of flavor to it. Thank you for sharing

A family favorite! Very flavorful, we like the twist of sausage with the Alfredo sauce instead of chicken. Definitely in our rotation of family meals. I follow the recipe exactly and pair with a side salad & garlic bread.

I’ve made this twice and it’s a huge hit. My husband regularly requests this dish. I use jarred Roasted Garlic Alfredo sauce and it comes out great. I also add about 3/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese on top before baking – that gives it a nice crust.

I made this with jarred Alfredo sauce and added sauce to skillet after browning the sausage then add in rigatoni with some of the pasta water and serve!
