					<description><![CDATA[This was delicious and everyone raved about it.  I made the casserole, froze it uncooked, and took it on a trip to visit family over July 4th.  After letting it thaw in the refrigerator, I scooted carefully into a large crockpot and cooked on high for 3 hours.  At around 2.5 hours, I added the cheese on top.  The reason for using the crockpot was to avoid heating the house up with the oven on, since it was 100-degrees that day.]]></description>
