Chandra, I rolled the cookie dough into a 7 X 7-inch square and then cut it into quarters to place it into the baking dish. I had tried placing it into the pan without cutting it apart, but it wasn’t working for me. If you can transfer it all in one piece without an issue, go for it! Just thought it might be easier for everyone to use the quarters and then smooth the seams.

For those who have made already….why when assembling the “cookie dough”… does it say to press into 7×7 square then quarter it….then to place qtrs onto crust and smooth seams?? Just wondering bc it seems it would be easier to shape until 7×7 then lay over crust and press down. Thanks so much for your help!!!
