I’ve only made it in the pie plate, but I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to double it and use a 9 X 13-inch pan.
I say go for it!

I don’t like anything peach unless it’s a fresh peach. But something drew my attention with this recipe and I had to try it. Omg it is amazing. It has such wonderful flavor. It melts in your mouth. It’s very hard to eat just one piece. I highly recommend everyone try this recipe you will not regret it.

Pam, 3 tablespoons of the reserved canned peach juice is used in the cream cheese filling so that will give it a bit more flavor. I haven’t made this with fresh peaches, but you can give it a try if you’d like. If you do, please leave me a note as to what you thought of it as others may like to do the same.

Heather, the crust is very thick. It surprised me as well when I first made it because it reminded me more of a cookie or cake batter than a pie crust, but it is correct!
If it’s not the peaches and cream pie you remember your mom making then perhaps it was a different recipe?
