Cream cheese comes in a 8oz bar, Philadelphia Cream Cheese. I’m from the USA. Maybe it sells differently where you are from. Just found recipe and making it now. The recipe does say 6oz. Have a great day..

Debbie, if frozen, I would let them sit out for about 30 minutes before serving.
