Hosanna, I think that would be a great idea for individual servings! I have never made it this way, but according to Google you should be able to get about 7 servings in 9 ounce cups instead of making it in an 8 X 8-inch pan. If you do use the cups, I'd love for you to leave your feedback on this comment as to how it turned out because others might like to do the same. Enjoy it!

Darcy, I apologize for not responding to you before Thanksgiving. I hope you went ahead and used the white chocolate pudding and enjoyed it! People have told me they've used other pudding flavors and it's been delicious.
If using an 8 X 8 you could cut it into smaller pieces to serve 12 and that size would be perfect if there are other desserts.

Because’s it’s so close to Thanksgiving, I couldn’t find pumpkin spice pudding or butterscotch. I bought white chocolate pudding, would that still work with the pumpkin and cheesecake flavors?

Also, will the recipe serving 12 still fit in an 8 x 8 pan or should I use a 13 x 9?

Thank you for sharing your recipe, it sounds dreamy!

In reply to <a href="https://www.365daysofbakingandmore.com/no-bake-pumpkin-dream-bars/#comment-31923">Danielle</a>.

Thanks so much, Danielle!
Yes, the dessert is a rather heavy one. If you've followed the recipe as directed and lined the pan with parchment as suggested then you should be able to life them out of the pan and then peel back the parchment to slice them. Putting it into the fridge to chill before serving gives all of the layers a chance to set and firm up (another reason we only want to use the 1 1/2 cups of milk instead of the 2 cups called for on the package). When you slice them, they should look just like they do in my pictures.
Enjoy it! It's definitely one of my favorite Fall desserts.

This recipe was fun to make!
I have the bars sitting in the fridge.
But honestly it’s pretty heavy!
How do you suggest going about serving this?
Would I take it out and cut them into bars or is it going to fall apart and look like mush?
