Big up to you for attempting this. I have threatened to bake it for some years now hehe. I will one day. I love making crepes. It looks like your curd might have been a bit too thin for layering. Its what I am guessing. I would maybe be tempted to put it into a loose bottomed springform pan when I make mine….then refrigerate until needed. I saw a delightful one somewhere that had sugar sprinkled over the top and then bruleed..now that appeals to me 🙂 have an awesome weekend xx
