In reply to <a href="https://www.365daysofbakingandmore.com/lemon-crepes/#comment-72667">Andi</a>.

Hi Andi, thank you! I hope you enjoy them! The recipe will make 12 filled crepes. The amount is to the right of the description in the recipe card in green. It's kind of tough to see, sorry about that.
If using ricotta, I would still suggest draining it as it does have quite a bit of moisture though not as much as cottage cheese, and it could change the outcome if you don't. I would also still allow it to drain for the 3 hours as directed.
Please come back and tell me how they were with the ricotta. I haven't made them that way, so am curious to hear what you think, and you'll be helping others who may want to do the same.
Thank you! ❤️

Sound delicious and I can't wait to try this! I'm not seeing approx how many the recipe makes? Also, if I use ricotta cheese instead of the cottage, is it necessary to drain it?

Nidia, thank you so much. I hope you enjoy them. Crepes really are super easy to make, and I certainly don't make them enough.
I hope you and your family enjoy them!

I like the ingredients so I like the recipe. I will make the lemon curd since I was looking for a lemon sauce recipe. I have been making crepes for many years and my family, relatives and friends just love them and can not get enough. It is easy to make crepes. You have some good recipies. Great job!
