					<description><![CDATA[I roast my garlic the same way in foil with oil but I put mine in the crock pot on low for 4 hours.. saves heat in the kitchen and energy.. and sometimes I add the foil wrapped garlic beside my dinner I have in the crock pot.. killing two birds with one stone.]]></description>
