I am sorry especially at THIS time of year! I have went through a similar problem except my worked fine if it were attached to the gas and electric. We were re-doing our floors. I have two ideas: 1)bake at a friend, relative or neighbor’s. I actually did that once. It worked out fine. I prepared the batter ahead of time and literally just used their oven. 2)Get a new oven. Wow that last one took a lot of thinking…I’m sure YOU didn’t think of get a new oven. Good luck!
